板式换热器取代火电机组低压加热器热经济性分析
Thermo-economics Analysis of Plate Heat Exchanger Replacing Low Pressure Heater in Power Plant
【摘要】 在简要介绍板式换热器结构、特性及用途的基础上,对200MW机组末级低压加热器普遍存在的温升不足现象提出采用板式换热器替代管壳式低压加热器的思路。通过对温升不足达到5℃、10℃、15℃、20℃时机组采用板式换热器的节能前景基于等效热降理论分别进行了计算分析,得出可节煤范围为0.41 g/(kW.h)~1.66g/(kW.h)。又由于板式换热器具有端差小的优点,将其用于机组热力系统中分别替换4台低压加热器中的1台和同时替换4台低压加热器,进行计算、分析,得到用板式换热器替换末级低压加热器带来的节能潜力最大,可达到0.29g/(kW.h)。
【Abstract】 The structure and function of the plate heat exchanger was first introduced.The final low pressure heater of the 200MW unit has the disadvantage of deficit temperature rise,and the shell and tube heat exchangers were proposed to be replaced by plate heat exchangers.According to a series of deficit temperature rise,(5℃,10℃,15℃,20℃),the coal saving was calculated based on equivalent enthalpy drops theory,and the coal saving ranged from 0.41g/(kW·h) to 1.66g/(kW·h).The plate heat exchanger has small temperature difference,so one of the four low pressure heat exchangers can be replaced by plate heat exchanger or the four are all replaced by plate heat exchangers.Based on the calculations,the results show that the coal saving caused by replacing the final low pressure heater is the most,up to 0.29g/(kW·h).
