1000MW超超临界汽轮机中压缸第一级斜置静叶的数值模拟研究

【摘要】 1 000MW超超临界汽轮机中压缸第一级配置了独特的斜置静叶。通过改变静叶斜置角度,详细分析了不同斜置方案对第一级的影响,认为斜置角度增大使得反动度降低,损失增大,但可以有效地降低静叶出口气流速度从而降低固粒侵蚀率。并且相对于设计工况(斜置角度α),进一步增大斜置角度影响有限,但减小斜置角度将会大大增加静叶出口速度。

【Abstract】 The stator is oblique in the first stage of the intermediate pressure cylinder of 1 000MW ultra supercritical steam turbine.The effects of the different oblique angle of the first stage stator on the performance of the steam turbine are analyzed.The reaction decreases and the loss increase along with the oblique angle of the stator increases.But the solid particle erosion(SPE) is prevented effectively by increase of oblique angle.Compared with designed condition(the oblique angle is α),less oblique angle will aggravate SPE but more oblique angle will not more improve SPE.
