泰州长江公路大桥中塔沉井定位方案研究

【摘要】 泰州长江公路大桥主桥为三塔两跨悬索桥,中塔位于江心深泓区,采用深水超深巨型沉井基础。对双向定位船+导向船定位法、定位船定位法、锚墩定位法和导向墩定位法这4种定位方法进行技术与经济等比选,结合施工期的河床冲刷河工模型试验结果综合评估,选择采用锚墩定位法。在上、下游分设锚墩和拉缆系统,辅以横江向锚缆系统,实现沉井的调整和定位,通过GPS实时监测系统控制沉井定位着床的精度。施工监测结果表明该沉井定位下沉着床精准,实测定位精度优于设计标准。

【Abstract】 The main bridge of Taizhou Changjiang River Highway Bridge is a suspension bridge with triple towers and two main spans.The intermediate tower of the Bridge is located in the deep water in the river center and the foundation of the tower is a very deep and huge caisson structure.Four kinds of the positioning methods for the caisson,i.e.the two-way positioning barges plus the guiding barge method,the positioning barge method,the anchor pier method and the guiding pier method,are technically and economically compared and with reference to the comprehensive evaluation of the river model test results of the riverbed scouring during construction,the anchor pier method for positioning the caisson is finally chosen.The adjustment and positioning of the caisson are realized by the anchor piers and the mooring cable system respectively arranged upstream and downstream and also in the aid of the cable system transverse to the river.The accuracy of the positioning and landing of the caisson to the riverbed is controlled by the GPS real-time monitoring.The results of the construction monitoring indicate that the positioning,landing and sinking of the caisson are accurate and the measured accuracy of the positioning in the field is better than that of the design criteria.
