【摘要】 目的:探讨凯纷在老年患者体外冲击波碎石术中的镇痛效果及护理方法。方法:将80例行体外冲击波碎石术的老年患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组术前10min静脉滴注凯纷100mg+生理盐水250ml,对照组术前10min肌内注射哌替啶50mg。观察两组患者镇痛效果及不良反应。结果:观察组镇痛效果优于对照组、不良反应少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:凯纷用于老年患者体外冲击波碎石术镇痛安全、有效,同时做好围术期护理也是治疗成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the analgetic effect of Flurbiprofen Axetil in aged patients with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and nursing methods. Methods: 80 aged patients with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy were randomly divided into observation and control groups (40 cases for each group). The patients in the observation group were given 100 mg of Flurbiprofen Axetil plus 250 ml of normal saline by intravenous infusion 10 minutes before surgery and the patients in control group were intramuscularly injected 50 mg of Dolantin 10 minutes before surgery. The analgetic effect and adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Results: The analgetic effect was better and adverse reactions were fewer in observation group than those in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Flurbiprofen Axetil used as analgesic is safe and effective in extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy for aged patients,and careful perioperative nursing care is also the key to successful treatment.更多还原
