【摘要】 目的:探讨临床护理路径在全膝关节置换术患者中的应用效果。方法:将80例全膝关节置换术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组实施临床护理路径护理,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组临床护理效果。结果:观察组健康教育达标率、患者和家属对护理质量满意度、康复目标达标率及患者日常生活活动能力均高于对照组(P<0.05),而并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径能提高全膝关节置换术患者健康教育效果及满意度,降低术后并发症,提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway in total knee replacement surgery. Methods: 80 patients with total knee replacement surgery were randomly divided into observation and control groups (40 cases for each group). The clinical nursing pathway was implemented in observation group and routine nursing care was taken in control group,and the effectiveness of clinical nursing care was compared between the two groups. Results: The up-to-standard rate in health education,the satisfaction of patients and their family members at the quality of nursing care,the targeted rehabilitation rate and the activities of daily living of the patients were higher and better in observation group than those in control group (P<0.05);the incidence of complications was lower in observation group than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical nursing pathway can improve the effect of health education and patient’s satisfaction,reduce postoperative complications and improve the quality of life of the patients with total knee replacement surgery.更多还原
