【摘要】 目的:探讨高频电容场技术(HCPT)治疗痔病的护理方法。方法:将2003年10月～2004年12月的53例痔病患者设为对照组,对混合痔采用外剥内扎术,对内痔采用结扎术,对外痔采用切除治疗,均行相应常规护理。将2005年1月～2006年4月的53例设为观察组,均采用HCPT进行治疗,在围术期精心护理。结果:两组患者手术时间、疗效、痊愈时间、并发症发生率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:HCPT治疗痔病具有操作简便、手术和治愈时间短、术后疼痛轻、患者恢复快、并发症少等优点,效果优于传统方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the nursing methods in the treatment of patients with hemorrhoids by high-frequency capacitance field technique (HCPT). Methods: The 53 patients admitted to the hospital from October 2003 to December 2004 were taken as control group. In this group,the patients with mixed hemorrhoid were treated with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy;the patients with internal hemorrhoids were treated with ligation and the patients with external hemorrhoids were given the treatment of excision. And all the patients were given routine nursing care accordingly. The other 53 patients admitted from January 2005 to April 2006 were taken as observation group and the patients were treated with HCPT and meticulous perioperative nursing care was carried out. Results: There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of operation time,efficacy,recovery time and the incidence of complications between the two groups (P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: HCPT applied to the treatment of hemorrhoids has such advantages as simple operation,short healing time,light pain,quick recovery and fewer complications.
