【摘要】 目的:探讨高血压并脑出血患者医院肺部感染相关因素及护理对策。方法:同期收治的289例高血压并脑出血患者进行回顾性调查分析,调查内容包括年龄、血糖、慢性肺病等。将本组患者根据有无医院肺部感染分为感染组和非感染组,对可能医院肺部感染有关的因素进行对比分析。结果:高血压并脑出血患者医院肺部感染发生率为31.5%,肺部感染主要因素与年龄、血糖、慢性肺病、意识障碍程度等有关;感染主要病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主。结论:对高血压并脑出血患者控制医源性感染危险因素、监测病原体、加强呼吸道护理和各项基础护理、严格掌握使用抗菌药物的原则和注意无菌操作可降低感染率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the related factors to cause nosocomial pulmonary infection of patients with hypertension associated with cerebral hemorrhage and nursing countermeasures.Methods: Retrospective study was made on the data of 289 patients admitted to hospital from January 2006 to December 2007.The survey included age,blood sugar level and chronic pulmonary disease,etc.The patients were divided into infection group and non-infection group according to whether being infected or not.The factors related to nosocomial pulmonary infection were analyzed comparatively.Results: The incidence of nosocomial pulmonary infection of the patients was 31.5% and the main factors were patient’s age,blood sugar level,chronic pulmonary disease and the degree of disturbance of consciousness.The main pathogens of infection were gram-negative bacteria.Conclusion: Controlling risk factors of iatrogenic infection,monitoring pathogens,strengthening care of respiratory tract and basic nursing care,strictly following principles of using antibacterial drugs and aseptic operation can effectively reduce the rate of nosocomial pulmonary infection of patients with hypertension associated with cerebral hemorrhage.更多还原
