【摘要】 目的:探讨颈动脉体瘤切除颈内血管重建术患者的护理配合方法。方法:对27例颈动脉体瘤切除颈内血管重建术患者做好心理护理、物品和器械准备、术中密切配合、严格执行无菌操作。结果:本组术中血管阻断时间为(25.0±0.5)min,平均出血量约100 ml,平均输液量1 600 ml。术后复苏过程顺利,均为意识清醒安返病房,无并发症发生。结论:手术室护士正确、熟练、高质量的护理配合可使手术过程顺利,既是抢救成功的保障,又是手术能否成功的重要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the method of nursing cooperation in carotid body tumor resection and carotid revascularization.Methods: Comprehensive nursing care was conducted to 27 patients receiving carotid body tumor resection and carotid revascularization,including good psychological care,goods and equipment preparation,close intraoperative coordination and strict sterile operation.Results: Intraoperative vascular blockage time was 25.0±0.5 min,the average bleeding volume was about 100 ml,average volume of infusion was 1 600 ml.Postoperative resuscitation was smooth and all patients were sent back to wards under consciousness,no complications occurred.Conclusion: The correct and high-quality nursing care provided by skilled nurses during operation can ensure the smooth procedure of operation and the nursing cooperation is not only regarded as a guarantee of success of saving patients but also the important factors to ensure the success of operation.更多还原
