【摘要】 目的:探讨血浆置换(PE)疗法并发症的观察与护理。方法:回顾性分析18例住院患者行PE疗法52例次的临床资料,观察并发症的发生和分类并有针对性地进行护理干预。结果:本组发生过敏反应16例次,低血压、心率加快10例次,低钙血症14例次,跨膜压升高8例次,出血6例次,感染4例次。结论:针对相关因素有预见性地及时正确地采取护理措施,能最大限度地减少并发症发生,是保障PE治疗成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the observation of the complications of plasma exchange and nursing methods.Methods: Clinical data of 52 person times of 18 patients treated with PE were retrospectively analyzed,observing and classifying the complications and targeted nursing intervention was carried out.Results: Allergic reaction occurred in 16 person times,low blood pressure and fast heart rate in 10 person times,hypocalcemia in 14 person times,heightening of transmembrane pressure in 8 person times,bleeding in 6 person times and infection in 4 person times.Conclusion: Timely and predictable measures can minimize the complications and are the key to the success of PE treatment.更多还原
