【摘要】 目的:探讨护理干预对支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)角色消退患者疗效的影响。方法:将62例哮喘角色消退患者随机分为干预组32例和对照组30例,对照组给予常规治疗及护理,干预组在此基础上给予认知、心理及行为干预。对两组患者治疗依从性及急性发作例数等进行比较。结果:干预组患者的治疗依从性好,急性发作及再入院次数少(P<0.01)。结论:对哮喘角色消退患者实行护理干预疗效较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the treatment of role regression of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods: Sixth two patients were randomly divided into intervention group(n=32) and control group(n=30).The patients in control group were given conventional treatment and nursing care and the patients in intervention group were given comprehensive intervention like basic cognitive,psychological and behavioral intervention.The comparison was made in treatment compliance of patients and the acute attack between the two groups.Results: The treatment compliance of patients was better,acute attack and re-admission were less(P<0.01).Conclusion: Nursing intervention is effective in the treatment of role regression of asthma patients.更多还原
