【摘要】 目的:探讨B超引导下肝穿刺活检术围术期的护理方法。方法:对258例拟行肝穿刺活检术患者做好术前准备及心理护理,术中指导配合并监测患者生命体征,术后严密观察、及时发现并发症并及早处理。结果:本组穿刺均顺利完成,无1例死亡。术后无严重并发症发生,部分患者出现一过性腹痛、穿刺点局部疼痛、少量穿刺点渗血,经精心护理后均痊愈。结论:B超引导下肝穿刺活检术是一种简便、安全、易行的穿刺检查方法,精心的围术期护理是穿刺成功的重要保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the perioperative nursing methods in liver biopsy under the guidance of type B ultrasound.Methods: Preoperative preparation was fully made and psychological care was given to the 258 patients who would receive liver biopsy.Intraoperative guidance and monitoring of patient’s vital signs was conducted;close postoperative observation,timely detection and early treatment of complications were implemented.Results: The punctures were successfully completed and there was no death case.No serious postoperative complications occurred.Some patients had a little transient abdominal pain,local pain around puncture point and oozing of blood at puncture points,and they all recovered after intensive care.Conclusion: Liver biopsy under the guidance of type B ultrasound is one of simple,safe and easy puncture methods,and careful perioperative nursing care is an important guarantee for the successful puncture.更多还原
