【摘要】 目的:探讨癌症化疗呕吐患者的临床护理方法。方法:将98例癌症化疗患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组48例,治疗组实施程序化护理干预,对照组给予一般心理护理,观察两组的疗效。结果:治疗组无明显呕吐的患者人数明显增多,且严重呕吐的发生率明显降低,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:程序化护理干预可减轻癌症化疗患者的呕吐反应,提高患者的生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore clinical nursing methods for patients with vomiting caused by chemotherapy.Methods: Ninety eight cancer patients receiving chemotherapy were randomly divided into treatment group(n=50) and control group(n=48).In treatment group,programmed nursing intervention was applied and general psychological care was given to the patients in control group,the efficacy in both two groups was observed.Results: The number of patients who had no obvious symptoms of vomiting markedly increased,and the incidence of severe vomiting decreased significantly.There was significant difference in the comparison between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: The programmed nursing intervention on patients with chemotherapy can reduce the vomiting response and improve the quality of life of patients.更多还原
