【摘要】 目的探讨老年消化道肿瘤体外化疗药物敏感性与临床病理特征的关系。方法对33例老年消化道肿瘤患者(老年组)及35例低龄消化道肿瘤患者(对照组)进行MTT法肿瘤细胞原代培养药敏试验,同时检测肿瘤组织多药耐药相关因子P-糖蛋白(P-gp)、谷胱甘肽转移酶-π(GST-π)、p53蛋白的表达情况。结果9种实验用化疗药物中,老年组5-氟尿嘧啶、奥沙利铂、表阿霉素、吡喃阿霉素、丝裂霉素对肿瘤细胞的抑制率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);老年组中高分化腺癌患者所占比例与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);老年组中高分化腺癌组织中P-gp、GST-π的表达情况与低未分化癌比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组中高分化腺癌组织P-gp的表达情况与低未分化癌比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同分化程度的老年组和对照组肿瘤组织p53的表达情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论部分化疗药物对老年消化道肿瘤的抑制率低于低龄消化道肿瘤患者,这与老年消化道肿瘤分化程度较高的临床病理特征有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship of drug sensitivity to clinicopathological features in elderly gastrointestinal cancer(GIC) patients in chemotherapy in vitro.Methods Tumor cell primary culture drug sensitivity test was done by MTT assay in 33 elderly GIC patients(elderly group) and 35 young(control group),and the expressions of P-glycoprotein(P-gp),glutathione S-transferase-π(GST-π) and p53 protein were determined.Results The inhibition rates for 5-FU,LOHP,EADM,THP and MMC were significantly lower in elderly group than in control(P<0.05).There was significant difference in degree of tumor differentiation between 2 groups(P<0.01);and there were more well-or moderately-differentiated adenocarcinomas in elderly.In elderly group,the expressions of P-gp and GST-πwere significantly higher in well-or moderately-differentiated adenocarcinomas than in poorly-differentiated(P<0.05),but in control group,only P-gp expression was significantly higher(P<0.01).Conclusion The inhibition rate of some chemotherapy drugs for GIC elderly patients is lower than that for young,which is correlated with the clinicopathological features of a higher degree of differentiation of elderly GIC patients.更多还原
