【摘要】 目的了解医务人员洗手行为的依从性以及洗手执行率。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷并结合现场观察洗手过程的方法,随机调查门诊不同科室(中医科、眼科、内科、外科、皮肤科、五官科、妇科、封闭室)医务人员洗手知识的知晓情况及其洗手执行率。结果90%的医务人员接受过洗手知识的培训;30%的医务人员未掌握洗手的六步法,认为洗手时间越长越好。医务人员不能按规范洗手的原因:工作忙,医疗护理优先;只要未接触患者的分泌物、排泄物等,手还是清洁的;认为医疗物品的污染或其他因素是造成患者感染的主要原因。不同科室的医务人员接触患者前、后洗手执行率间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);同一科室的医务人员接触患者后的洗手执行率与接触患者前比较,差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医务人员洗手执行率不高,要提高其对洗手的认识,规范洗手行为,确保洗手到位,有效降低医院内感染的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To find out the compliance of hand-washing behaviors in medical staff and their execution rate.Methods Using self-designed questionnaires in combination with field observation,we investigated randomly the hand-washing knowledge of medical staff from different out-patient departments(departments of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),ophthalmology,internal medicine,surgery,dermatology,ophthalmology & otorhinolaryngology,gynecology) and their execution rates of hand-washing.Results Ninety percent of medical staff had received training of hand-washing knowledge;30% did not grasp six-step method of hand-washing,thinking that the longer hand-washing lasted,the better it would be.The reasons that medical staff failed to wash hands in accordance with norms were busy work,health care priority,hands remaining clean without contact with patients’ secretions and excreta,the thought that the pollution of medical supplies or other factors were the main reasons for infection.The rate of hand-washing execution was high in departments of gynecology and dermatology,and low in TCM and surgery.Conclusions The rate of hand-washing is not high in medical staff.Knowledge of hand-washing should be enhanced and behaviors normalized to reduce effectively the occurrence of hospital infections.更多还原
