【摘要】 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断左肾静脉压迫综合征的声像图特征。方法回顾分析35例左肾静脉压迫综合征患者的彩超表现,总结其声像图特征及血流信号变化。结果35例患者均见左肾静脉不同程度受压变窄,受压部位远心段扩张,仰卧位时扩张段最宽处前后径(D1)与受压部位最窄处前后径(D2)的比值≥2,脊柱后伸位15min后D1/D2≥3;彩超示狭窄部位血流变细甚至缺失,血流信号呈花色,流速增快,扩张部位血流增宽,血流信号暗淡,流速缓慢。结论彩色多普勒超声可直接显示左肾静脉受压征象、狭窄程度,并且能观察狭窄及扩张部分血流变化情况,结合临床资料能做出准确诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the ultrasonic characteristics of color Doppler ultrasonography(CDU)in diagnosis of left renal vein compression syndrome.Methods CDU data of 35 patients with left renal vein compression syndrome were retrospectively analyzed to sum up its ultrasonic characteristics and changes of blood flow signal.Results Compressed narrowing of left renal vein in varying degrees was noted,the distal end of compressed part expanded,and the ratio of anteroposterior diameter at the widest point of expanded part(D1)to that at the narrowest(D2)was ≥2 when in supine position,and D1/D2 was ≥3 at 15th minute in spinal back extension position.CDU showed that the blood flow in the narrowest part became thin or even missing,blood flow signals were colorful and flow rate became rapid;and that the blood flow in the expanded part became wide,blood flow signals were gloomy,and flow rate was slow.Conclusion CDU can show directly the compressed signs,stenosis in the left renal vein,and the blood flow changes of both narrow and expanded parts.So a definite diagnosis can be made by using CDU combined with clinical data.更多还原
