【摘要】 目的对经电话传送心电图监测(TEM)系统的诊查结果进行回顾分析,以明确TEM的有效性和费效比,以期为TEM的广泛应用提供依据。方法使用TEM系统,建立院外社区心脏病监护网络。2005年3月—2008年3月进行了2160人次TEM监测,总结和统计全部监测所发生的心脏事件。结果TEM监测具有较高的总异常检出率(36.7%),对于心律失常的诊断具有较高的敏感度(77.4%)和特异度(89.4%);TEM对心肌缺血心电图伴有自觉症状患者的敏感度为100%,特异度为92.9%。TEM监测24h平均花费为137元,而门诊Holter平均花费为217元,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TEM系统为一种有价值的监测手段,为院前急救、院外监护提供了心电图依据,提高了优质医疗资源的利用效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the acutance and efficiency of TEM system by social commune medical unit.We hope the result could be a foundation that supported the width application of TEM.Methods Established the social commune TEM system by Shenyang Lingwei Medical Electric Equipment TEP system.We were reviewed more than 2 thousands cases of TEM system from 2003 to 2008.And collecting,summarizing,and analyzing data of the cardiac events in those cases.Results TEM monitoring has high generally positive rate(36.94%);TEM has extra sensible and accurate capability to diagnosis arrthymia,ratio of sensibility and specificity is 33.84% and100% respectively.Especially,there is a appearance advantage of TEM system about the timeliness and efficiency-cost ratio of monitoring.There has been a series advantage about efficiency-cost ratio and on times in myocardial ischemia with symptoms.In those patients,the ratio of sensibility and specificity is 100% and 92% respectively.Conclusion The TEM system can monitor all arrhythmia effective and accurate,while it has high ratio of cost and effective.更多还原
