【摘要】 目的了解女性性工作者(CSWs)对女用安全套的接受程度,寻找女用安全套(女套)存在的问题,为女套的应用推广提供科学依据。方法采用流行病学现场研究的方法,使用基线问卷、日记卡、随访调查表对113名CSWs进行为期24周的女套使用情况调查。结果113名CSWs在随访的24周中,共接客17696次,其中男套使用率为69.3%,女套使用率为29.9%。CSWs愿意购买的女套价格平均为(1.5±0.6)元。三个工作场所(舞厅、发廊、站桩)的CSWs女套使用率间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。随着时间的推移,因客人喜欢而使用女套的CSWs逐渐减少(P<0.001);因为用时有声音而没有使用女套的CSWs逐渐增多(P<0.001),因客人不喜欢、用时不舒服及难看而没有使用女套的CSWs逐渐减少(P<0.05)。结论CSWs对女套基本接受,女套可以作为男套的一种补充。女套的推广使用应该考虑女套的价格和社会人文背景的差异以及客人等因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the acceptability of female condom(FC)among female commercial sex workers(CSWs)and to search the existing shortcoming of female condom,so as to provide scientific basis for application and popularization of female condom.Methods The epidemiological field research was applied.The baseline questionnaire,coital log and follow-up questionnaire were taken to investigate the use of female condoms by 113 f CSWs for 24 weeks.Results The numbers of sexual intercourse among 113 CSWs in 24 weeks amounted to 17 696,of which application of male condom accounted for 69.3% and application of female condom for 29.9%.Female condom price that 113 CSWs are willing to offer was RMB(1.5±0.6)yuan.There was a significant difference in female condom utilization rate among three workplaces of the ballroom,beauty parlors and street-based sites(P<0.001).As time goes the number of CSWs who applied the female condom was gradually decreased because of client’s pleasure(P<0.001),and the number of CSWs who did not apply the female condom was gradually increased because of noisy sound in utilization(P<0.001),and the number of CSWs who did not apply the female condom was gradually decreased because of client’s non-pleasure,discomfort utilization or malformation of the condom(P<0.05).Conclusion Female condom is generally acceptable by CSWs,it may be complementary to male condom.Nevertheless,to spread the utilization,multiple factors such as its price and improvement,difference in social humanity context and clients should be taken into consideration.更多还原
