【摘要】 目的对比观察大隐静脉顺逆行结合法抽剥术与传统抽剥术治疗下肢大隐静脉曲张的临床效果。方法对照组采用传统大隐静脉抽剥术,治疗组采用顺逆行结合抽剥术,记录并比较两组患者的手术时间、出血量、皮肤切口数和剥离彻底性。结果两组患者的手术时间、出血量、切口数及彻底抽剥例数间差别均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论顺逆行结合法抽剥大隐静脉较传统法手术需时短,出血量少,切口数少,抽剥更彻底。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the results of operations stripping great saphenous veins in lower limbs,using combined anterograde and retrograde method,in 300 cases,and to compare them with traditional stripping operations.MethodsThe control group were given traditional stripping operations,while the therapy group combined anterograde and retrograde stripping operations.The operation time,bleeding volume,numbers of skin incisions and thoroughness of stripping were compared between the two.Results There was significant difference between 2 groups in operation time,bleeding volume,numbers of skin incisions and thoroughness of stripping(P<0.01).ConclusionWhen compared with traditional,combined anterograde and retrograde stripping operation takes shorter time,has less bleeding volume and fewer skin incisions,and strips more thoroughly great saphenous veins in lower limbs.更多还原
