【摘要】 目的了解机构养老现状,为进一步提高养老机构在住老人生命质量提供对策与建议。方法采用调查表与访谈方式了解上海市某区养老机构在住老人的状况及机构日常管理情况、存在的问题。结果该区养老机构在住老人具有以下特点:高龄多,女性多,丧偶者多,文盲及小学文化水平者多,患病者多,生活不能自理者多。存在的问题主要为:养老机构的床位数不能满足需求,管理者与服务人员的水平参差不齐,服务项目与内容单一等。结论需进一步加强对人口老龄化工作的领导,完善机构养老的各项政策,逐步形成完整的养老服务体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To know the current situation of the service in nursing homes and to provide measures and suggestions in order to improve the life quality of the aged.Methods To investigate the living status of the aged,the condition of daily management and the existing problems in nursing homes in the district by questionnaire and interview.Results The characteristics of the aged in nursing homes in the district were more of the advanced old people,females,the widowed,illiterates or primarily educated,diseased,and disabled.The main problems existing in these nursing homes were no sufficient beds for demand of the aged,different levels in quality of service and management of the administrators and serve givers and unitary in item and content of service.Conclusion The work for population aging should be further enhanced to improve policies regarding old people care by agencies,and gradually develop a complete nursing system for the aged.更多还原
