血必净注射液对大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

【摘要】 目的探讨血必净注射液对大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法观察假手术对照组、缺血再灌注组和血必净治疗组大鼠肾脏缺血再灌注24h后血清及肾组织匀浆丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血肌酐、血尿素氮和肾组织超微结构的改变。结果缺血再灌注组大鼠血清及肾组织匀浆的MDA、SOD、血肌酐和尿素氮与假手术对照组比较,差异均有统计意义(t分别=-79.21、-12.27、-61.37、-39.37、-33.17、-16.11,P均<0.05);血必净治疗组大鼠血清及肾组织匀浆的MDA、SOD、血肌酐和尿素氮与缺血再灌注组比较,差异均有统计意义(t分别=-41.52、-19.31、-58.31、-52.40、-12.39、4.07,P均<0.05)。透射电镜观察发现,血必净注射液明显减轻肾组织超微结构的损伤。结论血必净注射液对大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤有明显保护作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of xuebijing injection on ischemia-reperfusion injury of rat kidney . Methods The rats were divided into three groups: sham operation group, renal ischemia -reperfusion group and xuebijing injection treated group. Serum maleic dialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr), and renal MDA, SOD were measured after 24 hrs reperfusion. Renal ultrastructure was observed. Results Compared with sham operation group, serum and renal MDA, SOD, blood BUN, Cr were significant different in renal ischemia-reperfusion group (t=-79.21,-12.27,-61.37,-39.37,-33.17,-16.11,P<0.05) ; Compared with renal ischemia -reperfusion group, serum and renal MDA, SOD, blood BUN, Cr were significant different in xuebijing injection treated group (t=-41.52,-19.31,-58.31,-52.40,-12.39,4.07,P<0.05). Detecting by transmission electron microscope, xuebijing injection relieved the renal ultrastructure injury significantly. Conclusion Xuebijing injection has protective effects on ischemia-reperfusion injury of rat kidney.
