金属镁热法生产生命周期评价研究
Life cycle assessment study of magnesium metal thermal production process
【摘要】 应用生命周期评价法(LCA)对内热法(Magnetherm工艺)和外热法(Pidgeon工艺)两种热法生产金属镁的能量消耗和环境负荷进行评价研究。通过定量分析,结果表明生产1t金属镁锭,Magnetherm工艺耗能仅为Pidgeon工艺耗能的1/3;热法生产金属镁中温室效应对环境负荷起主要影响;内热法(Magnetherm工艺)对环境的负荷明显低于外热法(Pidgeon工艺)对环境的负荷。
【Abstract】 The life cycle assessment method was used to investigate the energy consumption and environmental loading of magnesium production with Magnetherm technology and Pidgeon technology.Through analyzed,the result shows the energy consumption in Magnetherm technology only is 1/3 of those of magnesium in the Pidgeon technology.The greenhouse effect is the major contributor to the pollutants emission.Environmental loading of magnesium with Magnetherm technology is less than that of Pidgeon technology.
