阳极焙烧炉三维数值模拟与优化设计
Three dimension simulation and optimization design of anode baking furnace
【摘要】 根据阳极焙烧炉现场测试的热工参数和实验室测定的材料属性作为数值模拟的边界条件和物性参数,采用CFD商业软件耦合求解了阳极焙烧炉火道、火道墙和料箱的三维数学模型。同时,从优化炉体结构设计的角度改进了火道结构。研究表明,此项设计对改进阳极质量、降低热耗和稳定铝产量具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 According to spot testing thermal parameters and laboratory testing character parameters as boundary condition and material property for numerical simulation,utilizes commercial CFD to simulate coupling of flue,fire wall and pit with 3D computational model,and in the meanwhile improving structure of flue from the viewpoint of optimizing structure design.These study conclusions have significant meaning for improving baking quality of anode,reducing baking cost and stable yield of aluminum.
