无水氟化铝对电解铝生产的有利因素分析
Advantage analysis of anhydrous aluminium fluoride application in primary aluminium smelting production
【摘要】 通过对无水、干法和湿法氟化铝的生产工艺和产品质量比较分析,以及其在电解铝使用过程中的物料和能源消耗、污染排放、产品质量方面的影响比较分析,阐明了无水氟化铝有利于电解铝的节能、减排、降耗和质量控制,是新一代高性能的铝用氟化盐产品,代表了今后全球铝用氟化盐产品的趋势和发展方向。
【Abstract】 This article made a comparative analysis of three different aluminium fluoride products made with anhydrous method,dry method and wet method aluminium fluoride,base on the differences in production process and products quality and their affect to the primary aluminium smelting on the material and energy consumption,pollution emission,and quality control.Anhydrous aluminium fluoride has been explained that it is propitious to primary aluminium smelting in the energy and material saving,pollution reducing and quality improving.This product is a new generation of the high performance fluoride for primary aluminium industry and a representation of the trend and development of global fluoride products for primary aluminium industry.
