流程工业产品生产全过程的环境负荷模型

【摘要】 建立了流程工业产品生产全过程包括资源消耗指标、能源消耗指标和环境排放指标在内的完整的一套环境负荷指标体系,并说明了各指标的计算方法。根据流程工业的特征,建立了定量计算流程工业产品生命周期全过程环境负荷的数学模型,用该模型不仅能计算出最终产品的环境负荷,而且也可计算出各中间工序产品的环境负荷,这为改善流程工业产品的环境负荷提供了依据。作为应用实例,根据郑州氧化铝厂烧结法部分生产流程1999年的统计数据,用该模型计算了在氧化铝整个生产过程中各中间工序产品及最终产品氧化铝的环境负荷。

【Abstract】 A complete set of environmental load assessment index which include resource depletion,energy consumption and environmental discharges are established for product of process industry and the calculation method of each index is also explained in detail.According to the characteristics of the process industry,the mathematical model for calculating the product’s environmental load during its whole manufacturing process is developed,which can be used to obtain the load information on final product as well as intermediate product simultaneously and supports the effective identification and subsequent improvement of the aspects in those processes that contribute the significant loads.Finally the environmental load of alumina and its intermediate product during its whole Sinter manufacturing process are calculated as a case study.
