血管内超声弹性成像的一维径向应变计算
1-D radial strain analysis for intravascular ultrasound elastography
【摘要】 为了进行血管内超声弹性成像(IVUSE)分析,开发了一种一维径向应变计算方法。该方法解决了探头与组织间相对旋转运动所引入的信号间相关性降低,以及在位移估计和血管壁的应变估计中高噪声、高误差的问题。用光流法和回归分析法,对血管壁的旋转运动进行定量估计和补偿;用一维互相关方法和Savitzky-Golay差分滤波器算法,计算IVUSE中位移和血管壁应变。用模拟数据进行了仿真。结果表明:该方法能在2.8°内实现旋转运动补偿,能区分出应变图内的血管壁、斑块以及外周组织。
【Abstract】 A 1-D radial strain calculational method was developed for intravascular ultrasound elastography(IVUSE) to overcome current problems,such as signal correlation reduction induced by catheter wiggling among neighboring tissue,noise and errors when estimating displacement or vessel wall strain.An optical flow algorithm and regression analysis were used to compensate for vessel wall rotation.A 1-D cross-correlation algorithm and the Savitzky-Golay difference filter algorithm were used to calculate the displacement and strain in IVUSE.Studies with simulated data show that the method can compensate for rotations 2.8 degrees and can distinguish between the vascular walls,plaques,and the surrounding tissues in the strain image.
