温度对铝塑包装废物热解产物的影响

【摘要】 热解是实现铝塑包装废物中有机物和金属铝分离的有效方法。利用外热式固定床系统研究了铝塑热解时最主要的影响因素——温度对热解产物(固体残渣、热解油与气体)分布和性质的影响。结果表明,铝塑热解主要发生在723K之前,并且固体残渣在超过773 K时出现AlN,回收Al的纯度降低,因此铝塑热解要将温度控制在723~773 K之间。并且产物中热解气体产率最大,在温度较高时,CH4与C2H4含量较高;热解油是以C5—C35正构烯烃为主的宽沸点油。

【Abstract】 Pyrolysis is an effective method for separating organics and Al in aluminum-plastic package waste.Experiments were carried out in an externally heated fixed bed reactor to investigate the impact of temperature,which is the most important factor on the compositions and properties of the pyrolysis products.The main pyrolysis took place before 723 K.When the pyrolysis temperature exceeded 773 K,AlN was detected in the solid residue and the purity of the recycled aluminum declined accordingly.Therefore,the optimal temperature for pyrolysis of aluminum-plastic package waste is 723-773 K.The pyrolysis gas contained high contents of CH4 and C2H4.The pyrolysis liquid was composed of C5—C35 hydrocarbon as a wide boiling point range oil.
