青海油菜蜂花粉的破壁及黄酮的测定
Wall-Broken of Qinghai Cole-Bee Pollen and Detection of Flavonoids by Using Ultraviolet Spectroscopy
【摘要】 采用生物复合酶对青海油菜花粉进行破壁,条件温和,操作简单,破壁率可达90%以上.通过分析红外、紫外光谱图,可以确定花粉中含有二氢黄酮(圣草酚)类物质.
【Abstract】 The study on wall-broken rate of cole-bee pollen,which produced in Qinghai Tibet Plateau and it has not been polluted with chemical and biological.The wall-broken efficiency is more than 90% and at 37℃ and pH 1.5-4.8 is benefit to the release of nutrition.The structure of Total Flavonoids was determinated through IR and UV Spectroscopy.We can concluded that it have Anthocyanidin in the bee pollen.
