【Abstract】 The third nationalism covered the globe at the end of 1980’ s and the beginning of 1990’s which had great impact on the international relations after the cold war.The nationalism made the geopolitical blueprint in much more fragment-rization.The extreme nationalism lead to terrorism which constitutedan important area of non-traditional security.It also pushed international society pay more attention to the living conditions and legal rights of ethnic groups.In the future,the developing trend of exclusionism which is in Europe,especially in Western Europe;network nationalism and economic nationalism and cultural nationalism will draw much attention from the international society.更多还原
