高盐度废水处理中优势耐盐菌鉴定与生长特性研究

【摘要】 以海水比例为50%的模拟水产品加工废水为研究对象,从A/O工艺培养驯化出的耐盐活性污泥中分离出4株优势耐盐菌,并对其形态、生理生化特征和16sRNA序列同源性进行分析,试验结果表明:nyj1和nyj3同为Bacillus,nyj2为Arthrobacter,nyj4为Alcaligenes.在温度为30℃,pH为7.5的试验条件下,4株细菌在海水比例为30%和50%时的比生长速率和世代时间差距很小,在70%海水比例下生长相对缓慢,比生长速率最小,世代时间最长.这一结论对指导高盐度废水处理工程实践具有重要理论意义.

【Abstract】 Four strains of bacterium identified as superiority halotolerant were isolated from salt-resistant activated-sludge which was cultivated by A/O process in aquatic product processing wastewater simulated with seawater ratio of 50%.According to morphological observation,physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16sRNA sequence homology analysis,it was showed that both nyj1 and nyj3 should be Bacillus,nyj2 Arthrobacter and nyj4 Alcaligenes.The experimental results showed,at the temperature of 30 ℃ and pH 7.5,when the seawater ratios were 30% and 50%,there is a little difference between specific growth rates and generation times of four bacteria,but when the seawater ratio was 70%,four bacteria with the lowest average specific growth rate and longest generation time were slower in growth.This conclusion is of important and theoretical significance for guiding treatment projects of high-salinity wastewater.
