偕胺肟基螯合基团修饰电极的制备
Preparation of Amidoxime-group Modified Electrode
【摘要】 以铝片作为基体材料,通过电化学聚合制备了聚丙烯腈(PAN)涂层,然后与盐酸羟胺反应制备偕胺肟基螯合基团修饰电极,并用电子扫描显微镜和傅立叶变换红外光谱对电极进行了表征。结果表明,当pH=7,70℃下反应3 h,转化率可以达到64.7%。
【Abstract】 The special structure of amidoxime-group chelating fiber makes it the best material to absorb uranium from seawater.To prepare it,a polyacrylintrile(PAN) coating,polymerized on the aluminum by an electrochemical method,reacted with hydroxylamine hydrochloride directly to produce an amidoxime-group containing chelating electrode.The optimal condition of preparing chelating electrodes: pH value of the reaction system as 7,reaction temperature as 70 ℃,reaction time as 3 h,and the conversion rate was maximum 64.7%.The electrode was characterized by FT-IR and SEM.
