丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸钠-N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺共聚物的合成及溶液性质

【摘要】 在水溶液中实施了丙烯酰胺(AM),丙烯酸(AA),N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBAA)的共聚合,制备了含有阴离子性基团(—COO?),以及交联剂N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺的多元共聚物;测定了共聚物的特性黏数、共聚物纯水溶液、盐水溶液以及不同温度下的表观黏度,考察了交联剂对共聚物水溶液性能的影响。结果表明,在碱性条件下,AA的摩尔分数35%时,共聚物表观`黏度最大;MBAA(质量分数=0.06%)的加入使共聚物的表观黏度提高了1倍,耐温及耐盐性也有所提高。

【Abstract】 The copolymerization of acrylamide(AM),sodium acrylate(AA) and N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide(MBAA) was carried out in a water-borne system,and the solution properties of the copolymer(AM/AANa/MBAA) containing anionic group(-COO-) and cross-linking agent(MBAA) were studied.The influence of cross-linking agent on solution properties of copolymer aqueous solution was investigated.The results showed that when the content of AA was 35 %(mol),the apparent viscosity of copolymer is maximum,and that when a small amount of MBAA(less than 0.06 wt%) was added,the apparent viscosity was increased by 100% and the resistances to salt and temperature were also increased.
