基于CAN总线的车载测量系统设计与实现

【摘要】 针对某试验车原车载测量系统存在的不足,提出了一种基于CAN总线的新型车载测量系统方案。在分析试验车原CAN总线应用层协议的基础上,通过试验获得了新型车载测量系统的CAN总线应用层协议,并实现了相关接口电路。所设计的测量系统充分利用试验车原有的CAN总线信号,采用CANcardXL数据采集卡和CANoe软件实现了试验车与外部CAN总线数据的同步采集。通过道路试验验证了新型测量系统的有效性。

【Abstract】 To solve the deficiency existing in the original on-board measurement system of a test vehicle,a new on-board measurement system is presented based on CAN bus.By analyzing the existing CAN bus application level protocol of the test vehicle,CAN bus application level protocol of a new on-board measurement system is obtained from test,and relevant interface circuit is implemented.The designed measurement system fully utilizes the existing CAN bus signal of the test vehicle and uses CANcardXL data acquisition card and CANoe software to realize in-phase data acquisition of the test vehicle and the exterior CAN bus.Validity of the new measurement system is proved by road test.
