ECAS客车车身高度调节建模及其控制研究
Investigation on Modeling and Control of Body Height Adjustment for Bus with Electrically Controlled Air Suspension
【摘要】 研究了电控空气悬架(ECAS)充放气的过程,结合变质量充放气系统的热力学和车辆动力学理论,推导出空气悬架客车车身高度调节的数学模型;分析了高度切换中的"过充"、"过放"及振荡现象,提出了变速积分的PID/PWM高度控制策略并进行了模拟仿真。半实物台架试验验证表明,所设计控制系统能够满足高度调节要求。
【Abstract】 The charging & discharging process of the electrically controlled air suspension(ECAS)was studied,and a mathematical model of body height modulation was derived for bus by combining theories of thermodynamics of variable-mass charging/discharging system and vehicle dynamics.The problems of "over-charging","over-discharging" and oscillation during height switchover were analyzed,and a height control strategy of variable integrator PID/PWM was proposed and simulated.Finally the semi-physical rig testing proves that the designed control system satisfies the requirement of height modulation.
