基于拓扑优化的重型货车驾驶室轻量化技术研究
Light Weight Design of Heavy Duty Truck Cab Based on Topology Optimization
【摘要】 针对扭转与弯曲2种典型工况,对某重型货车驾驶室建立了有限元模型并对其进行了分析计算,得到了其应力、应变的分布情况及模态。在此基础上应用拓扑优化方法对其结构布局及孔洞分布进行了优化设计。优化前、后的结果对比表明,在不改变其静态力学特性及模态的前提下,应用拓扑优化技术能够减轻驾驶室质量。
【Abstract】 In view of two traditional operating cycles of torsion and bending,a FE model of a heavy duty truck cab was established and analysis and calculation thereon were carried out,thus obtained distribution of stress and strain and mode.On this basis topology optimization was applied to optimize the design of the structural layout and hole distribution.The comparison of the result before and after the optimization indicates that the application of topology optimization technology can reduce cab mass without changing its static mechanics properties and mode.
