【摘要】 介绍了一种用于自动控制检测采暖通风与空调(HVAC)总成及风门的空气泄漏量的检测方法。在HVAC接口的上游建立一个稳压室,利用自动检测与控制方法使稳压室的空气压力稳定在一定范围内,通过稳压室上游接口处的流量传感器来检测HVAC的空气泄漏情况。与传统检测技术相比,该检测方法具有灵敏度高、压力控制准确、自动化程度高、使用方便等特性。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents a method for detecting the duct air leakage of heating ventilation and air conditioning(HVAC),which is mainly used to control and test the leakage of HVAC’s assembly duct and throttle automatically.A plenum is established in the upstream of HVAC interface,the air pressure in the plenum is controlled within a certain range with automatic test and control method.The flow meters in the upstream of the plenum measure the actual air leakage.The tes method has many advantages compared to the traditional test technology,such as high sensitivity, accurate pressure controlling, high automation and easy to use.更多还原
