发动机连杆裂解加工初始裂解槽预制技术及应用

【摘要】 发动机连杆初始裂解槽的预制是连杆裂解加工的关键技术。介绍了采用机械加工、线切割加工和激光加工等加工连杆初始裂解槽的方法,并对比分析了机械拉削、线切割、光纤传输激光切削和常规光束传输激光切削加工裂解槽的优缺点。阐述了连杆初始裂解槽加工技术及其裂解加工在国内外的应用现状。

【Abstract】 The prefabrication of stress-raising groove is one of the key technology in fracture splitting process of engine con-rod.The processing methods for stress-raising groove of connecting rod splitting are presented,which includes mechanical processing,wire cutting and laser processing etc,and the pros and cons of different processing methods including mechanical broaching,wire cutting,optical fiber laser processing and conventional laser beam processing etc are compared and analyzed.Finally,the current status of processing technology of stress-raising groove and its application both home and abroad are illustrated.
