内部EGR对HCCI燃烧及自由离子生成影响的数值研究
A Numerical Study on the Effects of Internal EGR on HCCI Combustion and Free Ion Formation
【摘要】 首先运用GT-Power和Chemkin软件建立HCCI发动机仿真试验平台,模拟了HCCI单缸试验样机的工作过程,计算出不同气门负重叠角时的内部EGR率。接着研究了不同的内部EGR率对自由离子生成和HCCI燃烧过程诸参数的影响,包括对最高燃烧温度、最大爆发压力、燃烧始点、燃烧持续期和CHO+与H3O+的摩尔分数的影响。最后探讨了仿真模型中引入Warnatz离子生成机理进行离子电流信号产生机理模拟研究的可行性。
【Abstract】 First,a simulation test platform is set up for HCCI engine using software GT-Power and Chemkin,the working process of single-cylinder HCCI test engine is simulated,and the internal EGR rate at different negative valve overlaps are calculated.Then the effects are studied of different internal EGR rates on free ion formation and various parameters in HCCI combustion process,including the highest combustion temperature,maximum explosion pressure,starting point and duration of combustion and mole fraction of CHO+ and H3O+.Finally the feasibility is investigated of introducing Warnatz’s mechanism of ion formation into simulation model to conduct simulation study on the mechanism of ion current signal emergence.
