广义解调时频分析方法在变速器齿轮故障诊断中的应用

【摘要】 针对故障齿轮振动信号多表现为多分量调幅-调频特征的状况,将广义解调时频分析方法应用于齿轮的非平稳振动信号处理,得到齿轮振动信号的时频分布,正常和故障状态下振动信号的时频分布区别明显。实验分析结果表明,广义解调时频分析方法优于其它时频分析方法,能有效地应用于齿轮非平稳振动信号的分析。

【Abstract】 Based on the fact that the most vibration signals of faulty gear show the feature of multi-component amplitude-modulation and frequency-modulation(AM-FM),the method of generalized demodulation time-frequency analysis is used in processing non-stationary vibration signals of gear to obtain the time-frequency distribution of gear vibration signals,which under faulty state is quite different from that under normal state.The experimental results demonstrate that the generalized demodulation time-frequency analysis method is superior to other time-frequency analysis methods and can be applied to the analysis on non-stationary vibration signals of gear.
