【摘要】 针对对公开源情报的认识、评价问题,以及西方情报界将其作为重要的情报类别之一予以广泛认同和积极实践,而国内相关研究还未深入的问题,重申在情报学和情报工作中引入Intelligence概念的观点,介绍公开源情报的产生背景与发展历程,以及国外政府、军事、执法、学术、商业领域的研究和实践现状,指出公开源情报的价值及其在我国开展的意义,并对其不足与相应对策做出简要阐述。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the recognition and evaluation of Open Source Intelligence (OSINT),and in view of the fact that the Western intelligence circles widely identify OSINT as an important kind of intelligence and vigorously put it into practice,while little research has been done in China,this paper reiterates the viewpoint of introducing the concept of intelligence into information science and information service,describes its birth background and development process,and depicts the status quo of foreign governments and military,law-enforcing,academic and commercial domains in research and practice. The paper points out the value of OSINT and the significance of carrying out researches in China. Finally,the paper gives a brief description of its deficiencies and corresponding countermeasures.更多还原
