【Abstract】 Knowledge relay is the crucialprocess of knowledge management in Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements of Defense Industry (TSTADI). This paper clarifies the connotation, goaland function of knowledge relay, constructs its conduction, convectionand radiationmodes, and finally describes its implementing approach from the perspectives of technical standard amalgamation, knowledge resources integration and informationplatform construction.
