网络信息资源保存费用问题探析

【摘要】 随着网络信息资源保存研究和实践的不断发展,长期保存的费用问题逐渐引起广泛的关注。经费的来源、经费的使用情况、经费测算方法等成为开展网络信息资源保存项目需要关注的重要问题。本文在调研、分析目前国内外网络信息资源保存项目的基础上,结合相关案例分析,首先总结了当前网络信息资源保存的经费获取途径及经费的使用情况,然后分析了网络信息资源保存经费周期模型理论和存储设备费用计算的研究进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of the study and practice of Web archives, the expensesof long-term preservation of Web archives have gradually aroused extensive concern. The sourceof fund, how to use the fundand how to survey and calculate the fund have become important issues worthy of attention in Web archives program. By investigating many domestic and foreign Web archivesprograms, this paper first summarizes the acquisition and utilization of the fund at present in combination with case study, then discusses the progress of researches on the theory of the lifecycle model of Web archives preservation cost and the calculation of the cost of storage equipment.更多还原
