【摘要】 电子政务社会化服务带来了政务信息资源共享的全面转型。从知晓性共享走向应用性共享,强调电子政务信息资源价值的充分实现,进一步深化了政府服务职能,使电子政务能惠及全社会。本文以电子政务社会化服务导向为基础,提出电子政务从知晓性共享模式向应用性共享模式的转型,详细阐述了共享转型的过程及内容,并提出了相应的转型实现对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The social service provided by the e-government leads to the comprehensive transformation of the sharing mode of the government information resources.By changing from the knowing sharing mode to the application sharing mode,which stresses the realization of the value of the e-government information resources,and deepens the service function of the e-government,the e-government can benefit the society as a whole.Based on the society-oriented service of the e-government,this paper suggests that the e-government should transform its service type from the knowing sharing mode to the application sharing mode.The paper elaborates the process and content of the transformation of the sharing mode,and brings forward some countermeasures to achieve this transformation.更多还原
