【摘要】 如何围绕重点学科、重大项目、资深专家开展竞争情报服务是高校图书馆不得不面对的一个实际问题。本文针对以往按学科分配学科馆员往往造成力量分散、难有成效的局面,提出了一种基于知识库的竞争情报服务模式,并以"化学药物知识库"的建设为例进行了实证研究。结果表明,基于知识库的竞争情报服务模式不仅有利于积累知识和培养专业服务团队,而且对提高服务水平、扩大服务影响也具有重要的推动作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 It’s an actual problem for college Libraries to provide competitive intellegence service.In the past,we often allocate subject librarian by discipline,but it wasn’t effective in serving for the key subjects,the major projects and the senior experts.Aim at it,the competitive intelligence service mode based on expert knowledge database was put up.And as an empirical research,the chemical drug Knowledge database was built.Our research showed that this mode is conducive to the accumulation of knowledge and the cultivation of professional service team,and its applying has an important role in improving service levels and expanding service influence.更多还原
