【摘要】 目的比较基于Orem自理模式的腹腔镜与开放肾切除手术的临床效果。方法运用Orem自理模式的三个护理系统对手术治疗的47例肾细胞癌患者实施护理,其中腹腔镜肾切除手术组24例,开放肾切除手术组23例。比较两组患者临床指标。结果腹腔镜组除手术时间长于开放组(P<0.05)外,在术中出血量、术后患者自控镇痛(PCA)使用率、视觉模拟量尺(VAS)疼痛评分、引流液量、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、术后住院时间等方面均较开放组有明显优势(P<0.05)。结论应用一致的护理模式对两组患者实施护理,避免了护理模式的差异对两组患者术后康复的影响,客观佐证了腹腔镜的微创性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of laparoscopic and open nephrectomy based on the implementation of Orem’s self-care nursing mode.Methods Forty-seven patients with renal cell carcinomas were divided into laparoscopic nephrectomy group(LN n=24)and open nephrectomy group(ON n=23).Both groups were taken caring with Orem’s self-care nursing mode.The clinical outcomes of patients were compared between two groups.Results In LN,the most of observed outcomes including the intraoperative blood loss,the postoperative pain degree,consumption of patient-controlled analgesia,volume of drain,recovery of out-of-bed ambulation and postoperative hospital stay,except the operation time(P>0.05),were better than those in ON(P<0.05).Conclusions The consistent nursing method applied both groups can avoid the difference of nursing method that may influence the recovering.Therefore,it may be useful to assess objectively the minimally invasive effect of laparoscopy surgery.更多还原
