【摘要】 目的:研究结肠癌组织中整合素ανβ6与基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测80例结肠癌及切缘正常组织中整合素ανβ6与MMP-9的表达并分析二者与结肠癌临床病理因素之间关系。结果:结肠癌组织中整合素ανβ6、MMP-9阳性率明显高于切缘结肠组织(P<0.01),且与结肠癌的分化程度、Dukes分期和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。结肠癌组织中整合素ανβ6与MMP-9表达呈正相关(r=0.892,P<0.01)。结论:检测整合素ανβ6与MMP-9在结肠癌组织中表达情况,可作为结肠癌预后评估指标之一;针对二者进行相关靶向研究可能为治疗结肠癌提供新途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expressions of integrinανβ6 and matrix metalloproteinases (MMP-9)in colonic carcinoma tissue and their clinical significance.Methods:Using SP method,the expressions of integrinανβ6 and MMP-9 in 80 cases of colonic carcinoma and their normal tissues from resection margin tissue were detected.The relationships between the expressions of integrinανβ6 and MMP-9 and the clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed.Results:The positive expression intensity of integrinανβ6 and MMP9 in colonic carcinoma was remarkably stronger than that in normal tissues (P<0.01).Correlation analysis revealed that the expression of integrinανβ6 and MMP-9 were associated with the progress of the tumor pathological differentiation,Dukes stage and lymph nodes status (P<0.05).Moreover,there was a positive relationship between the expressions ofανβ6 and MMP-9 (r=0.892,P<0.01).Conclusion:The expressions of integrinανβ6 and MMP-9 may reflect its value as a prognostic marker and is significant for early stage colonic tumour.Targetting either integrinανβ6 or MMP-9 activity may offer a useful therapeutic approach in preventing the growth and spread of colonic carcinoma.更多还原
