【摘要】 目的探讨丁卡因治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的疗效。方法将72例复发性阿弗他溃疡随机分成治疗组(42例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组应用1%丁卡因涂擦溃疡面,对照组应用生理盐水涂擦溃疡面,观察记录其止痛效果、溃疡面的修复及愈合情况。结果治疗组总有效率为100.0%高于对照组的66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论丁卡因治疗口腔黏膜复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of dicaine on reccurent aphthous ulcer.Methods 72 cases of oral mucosal reccurent ulcer were divided into two groups separately treated with dicaine(the treatment group,n=42) and without dicaine(the control group,n=30).Effects of healing of ulcers and pain treatment were observed and compared.Results Among the cases,the effective rate was 100.0% in the treatment group and 66.7% in the control group.There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion The clinical effects of dicaine on reccurent aphthous ulcer is good.更多还原
