【摘要】 目的分析胸内廓清术加吹自制水瓶治疗急性脓胸的疗效。方法全麻下作患胸前外侧小切口行胸内廓清术,彻底清除胸内坏死组织及脓液,并反复冲洗胸腔,肺复张后放入胸管引流,术后次日起嘱患者吹自制的水瓶1周。结果研究组的治愈好转率为100.0%明显高于对照组的23.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸内廓清术可彻底清除病灶,术后吹自制水瓶,使患肺进一步得到复张,从而达到快速治愈目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the curative effect of clear away operation in the thoracic cavity and water bottle in treatment of acute empyema.Methods Clear away operation in the thoracic cavity in anesthesia completely,to Clear away the bad matter and pus in the thoracic cavity completely,wash the thoracic cavity repeatedly,use tube to attract after lung restore.patient blow the water bottle for one week the next day after operation.Results Then effective rate in observation group was 100.0% higher that 23.8% in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clear away operation in the thoracic cavity can clear away affected part completely and blowing the water bottle after operation can make lung restore further and get a rapid care.更多还原
