【摘要】 目的检测系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清甘露聚糖结合凝集素(MBL)水平并探讨其临床意义。方法48例SLE患者作为观察组,36例健康体检者为对照组,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测其血清MBL水平、活动期与非活动期SLE患者血清MBL水平,按常规方法检测血清补体、抗ds-DNA抗体、抗ENA抗体谱及免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM、IgA等。结果与对照组比较,观察组血清MBL水平下降(P<0.05);且活动期SLE患者血清MBL水平显著低于非活动期水平;出现抗ds-DNA抗体(+)、抗Sm抗体(+)、低补体C3血症、高IgG血症患者的MBL水平均分别显著低于无上述表现者。结论SLE患者血清MBL水平明显下降,且其血清水平与抗ds-DNA、抗Sm抗体、补体C3、免疫球蛋白具有相关性,它可能在SLE的发病机制中起一定作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the level of mannose-binding lectin(MBL)and explore the clinical significance of it in patients with systemic lupus erthematosus(SLE).Methods 48 patients with SLE belonged to observation group and 36 healthy persons were in the control group.The level of MBL in serum was detected with ELISA,and serum antibody,anti-ds-DNA antibody,anti-ENA antibody,IgG,IgM and IgA were detected with the routine methods.Results Incomparison with control group,the level of MBL in serum decreased obviously(P<0.05),and in the active stage it was significantly lower than that in nonactive stage.Meanwhile it was also markedly lower in the condition of anti-ds-DNA antibody,anti-ENA antibody,IgG,IgM and IgA.Conclusion The level of MBL in serum in patients with SLE decreases evidently,and is related to anti-ds-DNA antibody,anti-ENA antibody,IgG,IgM and IgA.更多还原
