【Abstract】 To quantitatively measure PFOS in textiles and leathers,one method has been developed that PFOS was extracted by sonication treatment with methanol or acetonitrile.The extract liquor was purified on a C18 column and then determined by LC-MS/MS.The calibration curve of PFOS revealed good linearity with the correlation coefficient of 0.9996.The detection limit of PFOS was 0.4 μg/m2 in coated samples or 0.02mg/kg in weighed samples.The average recovery was in the range of 78%~89%.更多还原
