辅助性T细胞与变态反应性疾病的关系
T Helper Cells and the Pathogenesis of Allergic Disease
【摘要】 变态反应性疾病,如鼻炎和哮喘是一种与辅助性T细胞(Th细胞)分化异常相关的免疫性疾病。"经典模式"的Th细胞分为Th1和Th2细胞两个亚群,他们在变态反应性疾病的发生发展过程中发挥着重要作用。Th17细胞是最近发现的一个新的Th细胞亚群,介导机体对各种感染的防御机制,并且是许多自身免疫性疾病免疫病理的效应细胞。本文就Th细胞不同亚群的发育和活化进行介绍,着重探讨Th1、Th2和Th17细胞在变态反应性疾病发病中的作用。
【Abstract】 Allergic diseases such as rhinitis and asthma are immunological disorders associated with abnormal differentiation of T helper (Th) cells. Classically, Th paradigm includes Th1 and Th2 subsets, which play predominate roles in the development of allergic diseases. Th17 cells, a recently identified Th subset, mediate host defense mechanisms to various infections, and are regarded as effector candidates involved in the immunopathogenesis of many autoimmune diseases. The development and activation of Th cell subsets were summarised, and the potential roles of Th1, Th2 and Th17 cells in the pathogenesis of allergic diseases were also discussed in this review.
